Sara Loots

I recently sold a property that, frankly, was not an easy sell and I credit Sara entirely for getting it across the line at my preferred asking price. The buyers were particularly demanding throughout the process, raising concern after concern that could easily have derailed the transaction. Sara remained proactive and solution-oriented at every turn. She personally coordinated repairmen, arranged for clearance certificates, and even brought in architects to draft plans all within an incredibly tight timeframe. Her ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously, while keeping me confident in the deal and the buyers at ease, was remarkable.
What I think really sets Sara apart is that she really rolled up her sleeves and did whatever it takes to bring the sale home.
